Prices drop and deals sprout. This remodeled 2 bedroom condo in Timbernest condos is only $54,900. As a foreclosure, I don’t anticipate this condo staying around too long. Non-Owner occupants are considered investors and can not submit offers until 7/29/2011 due to Fannie Mae’s First Look offer period.
